Place your hand upon yourself
Forget where you've been go ahead take your time
You don't need silence cunning or stealth
You're still all there you're still quite fine
The idea doesn't ripple you're quite aware
Woe be knownst to the next fool that tries to trip you in his snare
Old man Russel sat about with his purring feline friend
A stir in the air signaled their adventure to begin
Up to his feet Russel did spring
His pet grew ten times and sprouted its wings
Into the air took his friend on a whim
Nimble through the yard Russel dashed after him
They traveled for many a mile and many stopped to stare
At the athletic old man and his flying pet in the air
They fought monsters and demons of all sorts
Till the man started to bore with their play and their lopes
So back to their home did the two of them travel
The pet shrank back down and its wings came unraveled
There they sat once again as happy as could be

Once upon a time a long time ago
When magic was still alive and apparent in earth's show
A book was kissed by spell
It grew two legs and a mouth and its stories it did tell
It told them to all and it told it to none
For it was a book meant for children and talking for it was most fun
It spoke of mice without sight and djinn with three wishes
The book learned to sing and to dance with the Misses
Well, as you might imagine the men were not to keen
To see their ladies and their daughters swept off their married feet
So one night the husbands huddled tight in secret commune
Spoke in hushed tones about their wives and the troublesome, loquaci
I was running around what seemed to be a hospital. There was a black priest and a white priest. I don't know if they were priests or doctors. I don't know if I was switching between the two, like I WAS the white priest or the black priest or if I was me or just watching everything. Maybe all of the above.
We were being chased by this terrifying little child with long grey hair and blood streaked eyes.
Always sprinting.
It would surprise me/us. Standing in a doorway and we'd skid to a stop and run somewhere else. We were running in a group. I was flipping between the two/three characters.
Then I started grabbing the thing by the hair. I wa
A list of defeats as long as your arm
He hasn't bounced back he hasn't stayed strong
A facade of words and good will toward others
He holds no allegiance to gods nor his brothers
You dance with a demon you lie with a snake
His heart sits before you the most prized of his baits
So think hard and act quick
Abandon his shit
He's tired of waiting he's tired of choice
He's ready to break you, to silence your voice
For you've been around too long you've loved him fierce
He can't shake these feelings his chest they have pierced
He looks to wipe out, throw down, and break you
He no longer has control, no fake smiles or thank you's
It's all beco

A Ballad
In a time long ago a fair lady with fair face
Sat in her chamber Such a lovely place
So lovely was it that many did travel
To that mountain top where she lived and their soul unraveled
The castle she lived in was fine enough itself
But the garden was such a splendor a display of vast wealth
This is where love and money met and graceful danced they
Many a couple found love wherever their heads laid
How great was this garden? Well let me tell you
Without it the gods themselves would squirm with much rue
Now high upon the hilltop right before the castle wall
Stood the gardens best feature by far
There shone tw

I'm kind of going crazy,
I'm caught inside my mad mind.
Ten different things weigh me down, but I'm still fine!
The words are coming slowly, my mind is on a slur.
I can't string this poem, because the brain is on a blur!
And I get so frustrated, I tear away at skin;
The hair is falling down and the voices make a din!
I wanna shut them out, but I can't find a key,
So all that I can do is simply shut away the ME.
I met the Wanderer once, in my travels. She was on foot, and I on a horse; her pack looked heavy, her sword sharp, her eyes shallow, and so very gold. Her tongue traipsed over words like a dancer, and her lips, when she smiled, were like the bend in a river: fluid and lithe, but gone in an instant as I passed on the current.
Would she sup with me? She would, and she and her melodious tones sat with me to share what I had, which was sufficient. We talked; I told her of my home and my wives, and the honey that I carried to the winery. I told her of the valley I lived in, and how green it was, how blue the mountains could be, how the river cut

Insane thoughts
It's always the same. They make me feel like crap. It's like, their job. I don't even know why I stick with them. After all I've been alone before, I should be able to do it again. That's it. I'll ditch them, put my thoughts in place and let madness overcome this silly ordeal. I'll return to the darkness that empowers me and makes me feel home. And the next time they try to affect me... I'll laugh at their faces while I cut out their hearts!
